How do I pay from Italy, France, the UK, or elsewhere?
We accept secure online card payments (Visa, Mastercard) in EUR or GBP via Stripe, Revolut transfers, or standard SEPA transfers. Invoices are provided for all transactions.
How are groceries and medications paid for? Are they included in the subscription price?
The subscription fee covers the caregiver’s services and visit coordination. The items themselves (groceries, prescription medications, etc.) are paid separately: the client tops up a personal expense deposit (for example, €100), from which the caregiver pays for purchases. After each visit, you receive photos of all store receipts, and only actual expenses are deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance is always preserved in your account or refunded upon request.
What is included in the visit report?
Sent on the same day via WhatsApp or Telegram, your report includes: photos of your parents and home, receipts for groceries/medicines, vital measurements (blood pressure, pulse), and coordinator notes.
Can you hold keys to inspect an empty apartment?
Yes. Key handovers are documented through an official handover protocol as part of your agreement. Keys are kept in a secure lockbox and used exclusively during scheduled visits.
What happens during a medical emergency?
Our caregiver immediately dials emergency services 112, remains with your parent, and instantly notifies you to coordinate all medical decisions in real time.
